Carlos Orue is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for MJP Healthcare Innovations. In this role, he oversees software engineering, product development, and long-term technology vision, and is responsible for company operations. He brings a unique blend of business and technical skills and a record of building high performing teams to his position at MJP.

Mr. Orue has more than 30 years of experience with technology leadership, software engineering methodology, data services, analytics, product support, and network operations. Before joining MJP Healthcare Innovations, Mr. Orue served as Director of Engineering and Vice President of Operations at MPA Healthcare Solutions. Prior to that, he was the Chief Information Officer at Uropartners, the largest urology group in the Midwest.

Before moving to the healthcare industry, Mr. Orue worked in consulting, development, networking, and security in large organizations, including Walmart, the State of Illinois, and Cuba’s National Weather Service.

Mr. Orue earned a B.A. in applied mathematics and a M.S in Computer Science from the University of Havana in Cuba.
