Michael Reband is the Director of Data Architecture for MJP Healthcare Innovations, where he is responsible for applying his strong background in database design, pipeline automation, and workflow management to create a scalable prototype for the firm’s innovative comprehensive episode-based analytic infrastructure.

Before joining MJP Healthcare Innovations, Mr. Reband built and maintained a medical claims database solution for MPA Healthcare Solutions, focused primarily on reproducibility, quality assurance, ease of access, and performance.  Prior to that, he wrote enterprise software for Ipsos, a market research firm. His experience includes building high-volume, high-concurrency ETL systems, building comprehensive relational database systems from the ground up, and working with both on-premise and cloud-based systems.

Mr. Reband has a B.A. in economics and does web development and musical composition in his free time.
